Policeman Arrested for Looking Up Schoolgirl’s Skirtby Bill It was a policeman!!! A sergeant in Japan’s Metropolitan Police Department is facing charges of using his mobile phone camera to take pictures up a little school girl’s skirt. Good grief!! The cop is 31-years old - the girl a high schooler. He has admitted to the charges and submitted his resignation. The act took place as he followed the girl up an escalator. With the super micro-mini skirts the girls wear, it wouldn’t have been hard to do. But…he got caught when the girl saw what he was doing and created a ruckus.
